Welcome to the beautiful Pacific Northwest! So much for my career as a landscape painter. This is actually one of the first things I painted on my own, done in about an
hour, mostly with a palate knife. It has a certain drunken energy, but not much else (that's Mt. Rainier, for you out of towners). |

Are you kidding? This painting is awesome! And in answer to all your self-depricative comments about not painting "realistically",
first of all, who needs to? and second of all, I am a displaced Oregonian living in Califuckinfornia these days and I recognized Rainier immediately. Just thought I'd let ya know...

I know of other's who have experienced the landscape in dramtic colors and textures like these. They said it wasn't all bad!!!!!!

Hey Kris, I'm not sure why you put the Mt. Rainier Painting into the "Bad" Art page. Looks like great brushwork & expressive &
unique. Let other folks try & figure out what " bad art" might be, well, we sort of know.... But I'll leave it at that
